Business Development Manager
This is a key role in Business Development Department, responsible for leading the company’s new development activities, cost analytics, budget preparation, and associated follow-up on new projects.

BD Manager works closely with external partners to help formulate investment recommendations.

Sourcing new acquisition opportunities and management of deal pipeline through diligent pursuit of target locations and properties; participating in property inspections and asset strategy valuations while leading the due diligence and closing process.

Identify, originate, secure, and support structuring and negotiations of power procurement contracts;
